Criterion Management Group, LLC was licensed by the Texas Secretary of State in February 2013 to formalize an “Assumed Name” entity business registered in Williamson County, Texas. As the holding company of construction and development services, Criterion Construction Services is a subsidiary LLC offering specialty general construction and renovation services to a selective building ownership group.

Criterion is managed by Mr. Bryan C. Smith. With over 30 years of construction and real estate development experience in domestic and international projects, Mr. Smith has deep roots in Temple.
